Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return. Goods must then be returned within a further 14 days and in the same condition that they were received by you. If this return is accepted by us, then we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us.
On all of our made-to-order products (as stated in the product description), we charge a minimum 30% return and restocking fee.
Any customised orders are not eligible for returns.
The customer is liable for all return postage costs and any breakages incurred during the return delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, you must inform us within 30 days whereupon we will arrange either a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your item is faulty or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
